Quick Parts is best feature included in word 2010, it helps add repetitive stuff as a small template which can be re-used whenever we want.

You can create many quick parts in word 2010 which help same time.

Steps to create a Quick Parts in Word 2010

- Open Word 2010 (docx) file which contains data

- Select the data from file which you would want to be used as quick part

How to create Quick Parts in Word 2010
- Click 'Insert' menu next to File and Home menu.

- Click 'Quick Parts' and Click 'Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery...'

- Now in pop-up specify quick part and its description, click OK.

Important Notes:

- Prefer making quick parts of templates, regularly used paragraphs.

- Using Quick Parts you can speed up work your by 5%-10%.
