  1. I do not agree with your cause. I am connected to the Internet and have been on several occasions, but I am getting this error message constantly.

  2. Thank you!! Anita for sharing your experience on this issue.

In your case, it could be like your internet connection icon shows internet is connected, but their might be network issue (packet loss, latency)which may cause this issue temporary. Did you tried pinging blogger.com when you get this error?

In my case, I have observed this issue at least 7-10 times and I found that I wasn't signed in to my ISP web URL, basically I am using Hathway internet in which they provide, URL and login credentials, sometime if I close my browser without logout and next time if I use Blogger than Hathway login screen does not open and I get this error, than the solution is to open Hathway URL and login and then re-try uploading image file fixes the issue.

  3. I have 3 blogs. I can upload on one, but not the other 2. This does not make sense to me.

  4. I'm having this issue also. It has been happening more frequently. There is no problem with my internet either as I am always connected with my ISP. There must be someone who's intelligent enough to come up with an answer.
