MS Office 2010 Keeps Running Configuring / Installing wizard

MS Office 2010 Keeps Running Configuring / Installing wizard whenever we open any documents
Solutions:

1: Start the program first from all programs list and then open the document. This is temporary fix.

2: The issue will not occurs even if you create a desktop shortcut for a document.

3: If you do not need previous versions of Office, uninstall them.

4: Open command prompt by typing CMD in run prompt and then paste following command.

 reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Word\Options /v NoReReg /t REG_DWORD /d 1

Note:

This error occurs if you have previous version of office (Office 2003, Office 2007) installed on your machine.
