Create forms in Office documents without any programing knowledge
Now anybody can create forms in office documents, I have created couple of forms in office word document and I would like share information about the same.

From Office 2007 onwards we can create forms.

Steps to create forms in office word document:

Steps 1: Create a new word document

Step 2: Prepare a plain document form format

Step 3: Now add controls wherever applicable.

Step 4: Save the document form and distribute it.


Benefits:

People will find it easier when filling meeting forms, order form or any other forms which are used Day to Day.
Error changes will be reduced as all forms will have unique control and value.
Standardization will happen, all forms will have standard terms, values.
